For Food Safety and Quality, Heat to a Minimum Internal Temperature of 165°F

On the Stove:
1. Remove frozen patties from package.
2. Lightly spray both sides of pattie with cooking oil.
3. Place pattie in a non-stick skillet. Cook over MEDIUM heat for 5 minutes.
4. Flip pattie and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Product will be hot. Carefully remove from skillet.
6. Cool briefly before serving.
In the Microwave:
1. Remove frozen patties from package.
2. Place one pattie on a microwave-safe plate. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 minute 45 seconds to 2 minutes.
3. Product will be hot. Carefully remove from microwave.
4. Cool briefly before serving.

Preheat grill.
Use a food thermometer to be sure that burgers reach an minimum internal temperature of 165° F.
