Heating Instructions:
ON THE STOVE
• Remove frozen patties from package.
• Lightly spray both sides of pattie with cooking oil.
• Place pattie in a non-stick skillet. Cook over MEDIUM heat for 6 minutes.
• Flip pattie and cook for 6 minutes.
• Product will be hot. Carefully remove from skillet.
• Cool briefly before serving.
IN THE MICROWAVE
• Remove frozen patties from package.
• Place one pattie on a microwave-safe plate. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 minutes.
• Product will be hot. Carefully remove from microwave.
• Cool briefly before serving.

ON THE GRILL
• Preheat grill.
• Use a food thermometer to be sure patties reach minimum internal temperature of 165° F.
